As a Zone 3 Fitness member, you will enjoy access to all the benefits of personal training
through our dedicated team of fitness experts. With an experienced trainer, you can fine tune your existing routine or start a completely new program from the ground up. The results will be a dramatic change in how you exercise, not to mention how you look and feel.  A Personal Trainer can help you recover from an injury, continue the work you just completed in physical therapy, gain and maintain strength that helps you in your daily activities, and much more.

  • Exercise safely
  • Gain knowledge about fitness and sort out fact from fiction

Package of 10 Sessions$500
  
30 minute Session$40
Package of 10 Sessions$350

Please note that there is a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy on all appointments.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Zone 3 Fitness with more than 24 hours notice to avoid being charged in full for the appointment.
